How to care for the boxwood brush:

1. When the comb becomes dirty, apply camellia oil to the comb. 

2. Rub between the teeth of the boxwood comb/brush to remove accumulated dirt.

3. Wipe off the dirt from the comb/brush with dry tissue. Let it sit and air dry. The camellia oil will absorb into the boxwood to keep the brush/comb moist each time you brush your hair.

The smoothness of the comb through the hair and the color and luster of the boxwood comb are much improved. 
 
* Never wash the boxwood comb with water. Not only will it lose its luster, but it will also cause warping, breaking, and cracking.
